I’ve worked in the sex and relationships world for a decade. I am deeply passionate about educating people of all ages about sex, relationships, and our bodies. We hold so much shame about these parts of our lives, and everything I do in my career comes back to helping others to shake off this inherited shame through knowledge, empowerment and celebration.
I earned my sexual health stripes at Brook, the UK’s leading sexual health charity, where I taught relationships and sex education (RSE) in schools across the country, and managed a condom distribution scheme across five London boroughs. Fun fact, we used to give out 200,000 condoms a year: they didn’t call me the condom queen for nothing! And in 2019, I was the Project Manager for Let’s Talk. Period: a national period equity campaign. After five years working at the organisation, I left to focus on my solo ventures. I’m honoured to be one of Brook’s ambassadors, and to continue championing their brilliant work.
I didn’t intentionally set out to ‘build a brand’, but in 2019 began documenting my work on Instagram, and followers resonated with my flavour of sexy enthusiasm and inclusive education.
I’ve written two books: Sex Ed: A Guide for Adults (2020), and The Non-Monogamy Playbook (2025), hosted E4’s Sex Rated, and am the co-host of The Ins and Outs podcast alongside Megan Barton-Hanson. You can find out more about all my projects here.
When I’m not in full sex-nerd mode, you can find me seaside swimming, collecting Polly Pockets, and cooking endless Sri Lankan curries. Oh, and I really love jelly.
