Sex Ed:

A Guide for Adults

My debut book was published in 2020 by Bloomsbury. It was an Amazon Bestseller, and I feel incredibly proud of this book baby.

Sex Ed is a no-holds-barred, inclusive roadmap that covers everything from how the brain is the most important sex organ, to communicating what you want to yourself and partners, all the way down to the glorious messy stuff - solo sex, orgasms, blow jobs, squirting, anal play, toys - the lot!

It’s a pleasure-focused guide, bringing together everything I’ve learnt through my work in the sexual health and sex positivity worlds. My hope is for you to finish this book feeling celebrated for who you are, proud of what your body is capable of, and curious to expand your sexual horizons.

Illustrations by the wonderful Sofie Birkin - who brought the book to life in a soft and cheeky, yet very sexy, way.

readers say

“Ruby’s depth of experience shines through from start to finish and it’s clear no stone has been left unturned. She’s committed to giving you all the tools needed to think about your own relationship with sex and an understanding of how you can take your sex life to the next level.”

Sophie Griffiths for Diva Magazine

Sex Ed made me feel accepted and loved and just that sex is something normal, something fun to discuss and think about, and that my desires are valid. I love that it didn't just focus on partnered sex, but the sex you have with yourself and all the expectations and ideas that surround sex.”
